Product Description
MAX TCR A/B -FLORAL CASTING RESIN is formulated as a casting resin to simulate the appearance of water in an artificial/silk floral arrangement. It is low viscosity & provides a long working time that helps reduce premature yellowing & allows bubbles to outgas to yield an optically clear casting that holds the arrangement securely in place.
MAX TCR A/B is designed to cure flexible to prevent the glass vase from shattering caused by expansion & contraction during temperature changes. Glass vase breakage is a common failing of other water-simulation epoxy casting resin that cures too rigid, preventing expansion & contraction during temperature changes.
Upon cure, MAX TCR is resistant to pulling. It forms a strong bond to the floral arrangements, embeds, & the glass vase itself.

USAGE PROCEDURE
Clean the vase
Place the vase on a level surface
Determine the volume needed and measure at a 1:1 mix ratio
Mix gently for 5 minutes
Gently pour the mixed resin in the center of the vase
Avoid sloshing to prevent marking the side of the vase
Install the arrangement
Cure between 70°F to 80°F for 24 hours
Place away from direct sunlight to prevent premature discoloration
